Payment:

• Payment methods accepted: We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards (ATM), and Apple Pay.

• Credit card and debit card (ATM) acceptance policy: We reserve the right to all credit card centers for verification. Credit card payments are accepted when presented with one of the following IDs.​​​

  • Valid foreign passport

  • Valid State ID

  • Military ID 

  • Valid State Driver's License

• Discrepancies: Customers should make sure that no purchased items are missing, and change received back is correct before leaving the checkout stand. Should there be any mistakes, they must be solved immediately. The store may not be held responsible for any such errors once the customer leaves the checkout counter.

Return:

• Dry items may be returned for an exchange or refund if it is returned within seven (7) days of the purchase and with the original receipt. (Except alcoholic beverages.)

• Fresh and frozen items will only be accepted for return on the same day of purchase.

• Items must be in its original packaging in a sellable state to be accepted for a return or exchange. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.

• Sale items are final sales and are not eligible for return or exchange.

• A copy of the receipt must be present at the time of return or exchange as proof of purchase.

• On request for a refund, the customer will receive the refund in the same form as the payment was made. For credit card payments, a refund will be credited back only to the original card account.

• According to the California Alcoholic Beverage Control Act section 23104, 1-3, the return request of alcoholic products sold by Osaka Marketplace will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The container is damaged, the ingredients label is unclear, the ingredients are decayed.

  • The court has ordered the acceptance of the return request.

    • The return request of alcoholic products must be accompanied by the customer receipt of the court's written order and must be completed within seven (7) days of the purchase. Osaka Marketplace will NOT consider the return request of alcoholic products for any other reasons.

• This return policy applies to the purchase from both in-store checkout and online mobile checkout.
